I spent 13 years as a secondary school geography teacher and senior leader. During that time, I juggled managing teams, organising large scale conferences, and thinking strategically about big-picture goals. I learned how to keep things running smoothly while helping people grow and succeed. Now, I bring all of that experience to supporting business owners like you.

Outside of work, you'll find me doing one of four things: playing board games with friends and family, trying out new bread recipes, taking long walks along the Kent coastline to clear my head, or caring for (wrestling!) my two young children.
